Rian Montgomery is currently living in Nashua, New Hampshire but is originally from Southern California. She is 25 years old, an avid reader of all kinds of books but especially likes "chick-lit" novels. Since having read tons of them she considers herself an expert on them.Rian has written several poems and they are featured on her website. She has also done a lot of traveling in the past year. In June 2002, she rode a greyhound bus from Southern California to Tulsa, Oklahoma and back (and wrote a 3-part story about it). Then in August of 2002 she drove from Southern California to New Jersey, then from New Jersey up to New Hampshire. She loves New Hampshire because of its natural beauty and friendly people. However she is still trying to get used to the huge climate change. New Hampshire is very cold and snowy, where in Southern CA it was very mild and never snowed.
As for writing, Rian wants to become a published author some day. She is contemplating writing a novel about her many travel experiences or perhaps a Chick-Lit book someday. As for now she is mostly writing reviews and essays about different subjects. She is also addicted to the internet and loves to get random IM's or emails from other writers.
